At Modway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Labels

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of each box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
